If you are not satisfied with any of our products we will exchange or refund you original purchase price excluding the shipping costs provided that you return the item in its original box with all parts pertaining to the item within 15 days of your purchase.

We accept Money Orders as as well as Personal Checks.
Note: Checks will be held for 14 days awaiting approval. No models will be shipped until checks have cleared.
Guarantee Return Policy
You must call or email within 10 days of receipt of the product to qualify for the money back guarantee. All returns must be received no later that 15 days after the complaint has been made. The product must be repackaged in it's orginal box and packing. If you can not find all of the orginal packing or have thrown it out you may use your own, however the return must be well packaged, double boxed and arrive to us in good condition or at least the condition described in the complaint for the refund to take effect. If the the product is received after 15 days has lapsed a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
ShippingDamage:
We inspect each model for damage prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged upon receipt we will file a claim for shipping damages with UPS or USPS. We will ship you a new model upon receiving confirmation of settlement from UPS or USPS ( Please allow 4-6 weeks for settlement) If you choose not to file a claim you will be responsible for shipping charges back to us. We will pay shipping charges of the replacement model to you.
We have no control over what happens to the models once they are shipped. Each one is inspected prior to shipping for damage and guaranteed shipped in excellent condition.
Chargeback fees incured will be deducted from any final refund value refunded.
