Our Store Policies

  •  Payment

  •  If you are not satisfied with any of our products (excluding custom orders) we will exchange or refund your original purchase price excluding the shipping costs provided that you return the item in its original box with all parts pertaining to the item within 15 days of your purchase. As of May 2019 our credit card processor  no longer refunds the credit card processing fee. Any refund we approve and issue will be minus this fee because of their policy.

  • Guarantee Return Policy

  • Prior to any return please contact us to letting us know your intentions and all returns must be received no later that 15 days after the request has been made. The product must be repackaged in it's original box and packing. If you do not have all of the original packing  you may use your own, however the return must be well packaged, double boxed and arrive to us in good condition before a refund will be issued. If the product is received beyond 15 days or not repackaged as posted above, a 20% fee will be deducted to the refund. Shipping cost as well as the credit card processing fees are not refundable since those are not refunded to us.

  • Each model is a unique hand made creation and no two models are ever the same since mahogany wood varies from tree to tree. Mahogany wood varies in color tone and thus our models can also vary in tone, texture and occasionally have knots in the wood. For this reason we can not guarantee the model will be exactly the same with regards to color as compared to the photo on the site. Customers are welcome to return but are required to cover the return shipping and original shipping cost are not refundable.

  • Shipping Damage

  • We inspect each model for damage prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged upon receipt we will file a claim for shipping damages with UPS or USPS. We will ship you a new model upon receiving confirmation of settlement from UPS or USPS ( Please allow 2-3 weeks for settlement) If you choose not to file a claim OR not wait for the claim to return, you will be responsible for shipping charges back to us. We will pay shipping charges of the replacement model to you.

  •  Each model is inspected prior to shipping for damage and guaranteed shipped in excellent condition. Please keep in mind  that we have no control over what happens to the models once they are shipped via the carrier. We do our best to pack them but occasionally damage does occur but all our orders are shipped insured against loss or damage. 

  • Custom Orders

  • All custom orders require a 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit to begin and usually take 6-8 months to complete. Once the model is completed you will be notified via email with photos for approval. Once approved by the customer the final deposit is due and also NONREFUNDABLE. Final shipping cost are in addition to this and will be calculated at the time based off the customer's needs.
